In an effort to increase per capita income, the government does business, including:
Improve the processing and management of existing natural resources.

Government efforts to improve education in Indonesia, namely:
Increase the number of schools from elementary to university level.
Increasing the number of teachers (education personnel) at all levels of education.
Implementation of the 9-year compulsory basic education program which began in the 1994/1995 school year.
Granting scholarships to students from disadvantaged families but doing well in school.
Build libraries and laboratories in schools.
Add educational facilities such as skills and sports equipment.
Increase the knowledge of educators (teachers / lecturers) with upgrading and training.
Improving the school curriculum in order to improve the quality of education.

Health
Government efforts to improve the quality of health of the Indonesian population are:
Carry out nutrition improvement programs.
Improving the environment by changing the healthy behavior of the population, as well as complementing health facilities and infrastructure.
Increase the number of medical personnel such as doctors, midwives and nurses.
Prevention and eradication of infectious diseases.

To overcome the problem of population equality, a well-known government program in addressing this problem is transmigration, which is the movement of people from densely populated areas to areas that are not yet densely populated.
The government program was carried out around 1980-1990. The objectives of transmigration are:
